There is "one" positive to be said of Stone Harbor. The employees of the public works department deserve an "atta boy" for the great job they do all year long. We can all differ about the council and mayor and the poles, dredging, library and impending police station; but, day in and day out, the workers are out picking up trash, recycling and tending to the greater beauty of the town.
