There is no doubt that the Reeds Hotel has been great for the Stone Harbor economy. However, it would be great if the hotel, borough and county could get together to solve the congestion problems caused by guests, car parking and service trucks. In addition, why can't the Reeds place decorative planters along the road in place of the unsightly barricades? Should the borough or county establish a pedestrian walkway across 3rd Avenue at 97th Street?
