Thank you council for continuing the trash collection that has been in effect for years. Now let’s get to work on a solution to labor issue. For starters any new persons hired should be classified as laborers and part of description should be trash collection. Also start advertising now for seasonal workers for 2022. Include in hiring an incentive in the form of a end of season bonus for both seasonal and full time employees. Don’t hide behind union rules.
