To the Stone Harbor spouter that said i should pay 16% more on my water and sewer bill to help with the town debt. Why should i pay more so someone that uses triple of what i use get away with paying less than they should even with your idea.I am in favor with Stone Harbor's idea of making heavy user pay more and people like me paying less.
