To the Stone Harbor spouter commenting on voting for second home owners, the June median price for a home in Stone Harbor according to Realtor.com was $4.1 million. Taxes are paid on these properties, some that are dark almost all winter. Why? Because they are second homes. I believe second home owners should be able to vote in elections for local officials. Their taxes pay their salaries and support town services. Re your comment on exams for drivers and bicyclists. Funny. I find competency has more to do with age, young or old, and not necessarily whether they are second home owners.
