Stone Harbor is not interested in good ideas to save you money. Why should they. They have an unlimited tax base for all their ridiculous wants. And, unfortunately, the voting year-round taxpayers are asleep or not interested in fiscal responsibility. I guess they want more homeowners to sell so they can get even more taxes with new super-expensive homes. The good news, I guess, is that we will get very well compensated on the sale of our house that we owned for many years.
