Stone Harbor needs to stop the labor/water intensive landscaping and plant natural/native, maintenance free plantings to give shelter/food to birds, butterflies and native species. Grass doesn't meet these qualifications. It pollutes the environment, causes a need for gas mowers and uses up precious water.
