Stone Harbor has made some shortsighted decisions. To admit a mistake or misstep is a sign of caring about the people you serve. Hundreds of people have publically voiced negatives this past year regarding the overpriced (Highest in the entire USA) $250 pickleball fee for a public summer rec. program. The high PB fee remains and many play in Avalon to protest (lost revenue). The same will happen with shopping/dining due to parking. The Parking app never had a soft start or transition period. Pride for SH has broadly diminished since a perceived lack of empathy has taken over the council.
