Stone Harbor Council doubled Recreation Fees but increased the Human Resource Contract $25,000 a year for a person that has no municipal experience, has no clue as to who to direct questions/problems to and doesn't even hold an office at Borough Hall. Stone Harbor POA representative has that position. Come on council your inability to make "good" decisions shines through time and time again. Let's consider real revenue generating options instead of wasteful spending.
