Stone Harbor city hall has become like corporate America. The top officials like the administrator, CFO, HR, and the lawyers make exorbitant salaries. Meanwhile the workers are paid lowly salaries and don’t get raises. The only difference is that they don’t work on profits but they use my tax dollars.
