To the spouters continually disparaging Stone Harbor council: If you are so unhappy with present council, run for election. Have you nothing better to do than speak unkindly about the hard working folks who are committed to our lovely community? Get a job or volunteer. Make yourself useful. If you must trash, go to a council meeting, identify yourself and state your complaints.
