To a spouter regarding garbage: You've got it wrong. Stone Harbor's council are all Republicans. There are a couple of independents, but they changed from Republican because they couldn't win the primary. There are no checks and balances. They are actually pretty dysfunctional, and make many bad and costly decisions. SH homeowners love our garbage system, but it's at a cost of an extra $1 million versus street pick-up.
