Something needs to be done about bikes being parked on the sidewalk on 96th St. Over the holiday weekend there were so many bikes parked in front of the arcade and the shop next door you could hardly walk by. Some were just laying on the ground. People with strollers had a very hard time navigating. If somebody was wheelchair-bound they would have been hard pressed to get by. There are several bike racks close by right behind the Chamber office, please use them.
