In response to a handicapped veteran who goes to 92nd Street beach, I really feel sorry for you. I go to 101st Street beach and every single day homeowners take up the handicapped and close parking spots near the ramp forcing others, like yourself, to park further away from the beach. I think if you have enough money to own a house on the beach block, you could at least use the driveway designed for parking your cars. Please be mindful of those who need to park close in order to enjoy the beach!
