Stone Harbor / Philadelphia - Is a Stone Harbor spouter serious when he says if they had a curfew for teens and closed the stores at 10 p.m. they would need fewer cops? The curfew idea might help reduce some juvenile offenses, but aside from one arcade, there are no stores in SH that cater to kids. I know, I have had kids and grandkids who visited Stone Harbor and were bored silly. Actually, they have a summertime crime problem, like all of the other shore towns, fueled by booze, drugs and irresponsibility. Closing the shops an hour earlier is ridiculous. Maybe if they closed the bars, that might change things.
