To the people of North Wildwood, "Welcome to the party, Pal". The NJDEP is an out of control Leviathan that answers to NO ONE! I personally had my business destroyed waiting for a septic permit for the last 3 and half years. There is no one that they answer to. In the meantime our State Senator should introduce the legislation I suggested 3 years ago. DEP must by law answer and finalize ALL permits inside of 90 day window. THE END! By the time they deal with NW, the problem will have solved itself.
