The parking kiosks in Stone Harbor are a disaster. I waited 20 minutes to pay for parking and people were walking away. Comments I heard were "good luck people" from a guy who gave up because he could not figure out how to use the kiosk, "this is ridiculous," "why didn't they just leave the meters," and "are you kidding me" from a guy who turned around and left. When I finally reached the machine, it would not accept quarters even though the machine says 25 cents and $1. I had only quarters so I had to leave the line, and you have to go back to your car and leave your ticket.
