One man in a big, black SUV drives around Stone Harbor with his phone in his ear while he's talking, or he has his phone on the top of his steering wheel and he's texting while he's driving. I have noticed this almost every day as I walk, bike or get driven through town. I am not old enough to drive, but I do know it is bad to do what this person is doing. He can hurt others. If I see him, don't the policemen see him too?
