An “old adage” that powers in charge of Stone Harbor might follow , “ if it ain’t broke don’t fix it.” The changes in public works are just another way for Mayor and council ( less one) to turf responsibility. The new Director of Public Works is a highly qualified person that really is over qualified for the position. Could we be making him the business administrator in waiting?
