Obama told Ukraine to get rid of their Nukes - they did and - then Obama gave Crimea to the Russians - told Ukraine he would bring them into NATO and did not and if I remember back then he put Biden in charge of relations with the Ukraine - this is a colossal failure by the Dems with Obama and Biden at the lead
