Now that they are done installing all the parking meters around town, I wish the borough would use some manpower to shovel away the mountains of sand blocking a good portion of the handicap access ramps at the 101 Pavillion. Right now, anyone in a baby carriage or wheel chair would need a dune buggy to get through. It really is a disgrace this hasn't been addressed already.
