Now that all the parking meters are gone it makes it far easier to adopt free parking. Of course the Borough will then have to find another way to get revenue. Hum, how about just cutting down of the obscene spending. You know put a cap on all departments spending at no increases next year. No marina project, nothing that increases borrowing.
