Not saying either Avalon wants to take over Stone Harbor, but that Avalon NEEDS too! SH is such a mess and with the state encouraging consolidation of small boroughs/towns. Avalons governance is a poster child compared to Stone Harbors pet projects, wasteful spending and basic ineptitude.
