NJ's DUI laws are ridiculous. 0.1 used to be legal. Now it's 0.08. How long before it's even lower? The laws are more about generating money for towns and lawyers, and preserving police jobs. No one defends true drunk driving, but 0.08 is absurdly low and no politician ever will have the courage to say so. DUI should not be an arrestable offense as long as it's below 0.15. Speeders and cell phone users aren't arrested, but yet they kill more people.
