STONE HARBOR NJ - man you got love the complainer in stone harbor .they are so worked up over how thier tax dollar is spent .that they could not call atlantic city electric about street lights being out all summer. that a LOCAL had to do thier job for them. granted the cop driving around all night could have should have reported it. but they had to keep us safe.
