Many merchants in town said they would be open weekends through Christmas. This is already not the case. Why tell customers you'll be open, only for us to show up to a closed sign? How can we support local businesses when the businesses are closed? If the shops had consistent hours during the off season instead of opening when they feel like it, it would save a lot of us locals from driving up to the mall and spending our money there. Also, if more shops stayed open, maybe you would get more fall traffic, like Cape May.
