Let me be blunt. People sell their homes for as much as they can get. Not one of these sellers cares or legally can dictate what the new owner does with their property. They want to get the most money for their property. They are not interested in preserving the structure of the home they are selling. Don’t sell your home if you don’t want to relinquish control of its fate.
