Just an idea for trash receptacles for tipping service. Most towns that have service in other parts of country have uniform cans with serial numbers. Since new system will not take effect until 2023 hopefully. The town should add a one time charge to 1st tax bill due after July 2022. Two cans for every residence to start. Other cans available for purchase. Most households that are rental properties will need at least 2 recycling cans minimum. Every place that I have seen that uses the tipping system has uniform size receptacles.
