Joe Manchin represents a state literally in the lowest tier of most economic and health metrics. Just about dead last. The bridges in that state are rusty, dangerous, and failing. Coal is dead. There are few jobs. The population is poorly and under served regarding health care. His citizens likely would hardly pay much at all in any tax increase. They stand to do nothing but benefit from Bidens bill. It's completely unbelievable.
