It would seem that the Stone Harbor bathrooms at 96th Street need much closer monitoring and law enforcement. Last Saturday, I went into the men's room and there was a man at the sink who appeared to be bathing. He had a neatly stacked pile of street clothes next to him. He then went into the stall apparently to change. This most recent Saturday, there was quite a long line at the lady's room apparently because someone was using one of the two stalls to change. Another woman went into the family bathroom with an arm full of street clothes and locked the door behind her. Please remedy.
