It was eye-opening to see a Council Member, the head of the Natural Resources committee, unable to answer the most basic questions regarding an important report that Council has been waiting for, like how much the report cost, or even if it was the final report. Casper couldn’t answer those questions (which were asked of her TWO WEEKS later).
