It used to be that Stone Harbor was a charming town where people could seek refuge from the noise and commotion of the city. Now the noise pollution is terrible! Music from the rec. center, mowers, blowers, sweepers and blaring announcements from various runs keep vacationers from enjoying much needed peace and tranquility.
