It is sad to see our once vibrant town outsourcing everything due to the past and present incompetent councils and Mayors. When I first bought in 1989 and for many years we always had a surplus when the new budget came along. We fell victim to people in charge spending more money than we took in. We should negotiate a 3 year contract for police and paid fireman and freeze all other spending. Plus have a full recall of all sitting council people and the Mayor.
