Is it fair to say the expectation for Stone Harbor Council is decent roads, low crime, conservative budget to reduce tax increases, clean beaches, reasonable lifeguard activity in the summer, enjoyable farmers market and crafts fair? Failing on every one of these issues, Council is obsessed with climate change, making city government more expensive each year, trying to control how people use water. This has got to be the worst performance of ANY Council - completely fail on EVERY basic expectation.
