Instead of a control/power trip by the Mayor "I want SH to lead the state of NJ on this", how about making things safer by pushing enforcement of ordinances on the books? The Mayor says speeding is not an issue. Has she been on the streets lately? Very different than it was 10-20 years ago when you were scared to drive even 29 MPH - not any more. Enforce bikers riding in the "right" lane and enforce NO baby strollers or joggers in the bike lanes. I saw a stroller almost get hit because they were going the wrong direction in the bike lane and the car pulling didn't think to look that way.
