The individual running for Stone Harbor Borough Council as an Independent candidate claims in his letter to voters that he has been a permanent resident since 1990. However, public records indicate he did not register to vote until 2020 in Cape May County. Is he misleading voters by saying he has been a permanent resident when in fact he has not been? Or worse yet has he been a permanent resident yet never took the time to vote? Which is it?
