I will give the current council a B plus. They are showing courage in fixing the mess the mayor and Bob Smith created and tentatively addressing some of the large challenges facing the borough. They don’t get an A because there are unaddressed budget issues and they utterly lost their courage when they folded and approved an unneeded fire truck.
