I was very fortunate to find a house in SH that my family loved and we could afford. What a wonderful community and beautiful beaches and bays. The house is small but on a huge lot covered with just stones. It will make the demolition easy and cost effective for us. We will build and move here full time. My children will LOVE the school system and we will love the lifestyle. We have left PA for good and we feel so welcomed in this community. Thank you and hopefully my new neighbors will enjoy the house we are building. Come over for a swim anytime!!!
