I think it’s time that we all finally confront the greatest existential threat to our way of life in Cape May county. No, I’m not referring to rising ocean levels, climate change, political division or even the pandemic. I’m talking about Pennsylvania drivers. This well-meaning but woefully incompetent scourge must be dealt with if we are to survive, I suggest that all visitors driving from PA turn in their car keys as soon as they check into their vacation rentals. Local residents may also consider wearing crash helmets at all times. Radical, yes, but something needs to be done.
