I saw the lifeguards doing a crazy workout the other morning IN THE POURING RAIN. The male and female lifeguard on 83 street took turns running and swimming with push-ups in between. This went on for about an hour! It’s assuring to know the men and women who keep us safe are in good shape. Turns out both were college swimmers! Don’t forget to thank your lifeguards for all they do
