I hear that some voters in Stone Harbor are mistakenly dropping their ballots in the Borough's drop box rather than in the special box for ballots behind the library. What has the Borough been doing with these ballots? They should be returned to the voter. It would be illegal for the them to be mailed or placed in the ballot box by the Borough.
