I have a home in the southern section of Stone Harbor and feral cats have become a real problem. We have a bird sanctuary, however with all the ferals adjacent to it, I'm not sure how long it will remain a "Sanctuary" for birds. The town needs to take action like Dennisville with a new ordnance and enforcement.
