I have always been hard pressed to say something nice about Avalon. This stems from its’arrogant town motto and Christmas town lighting. But now that I find it is providing their new trash cans for free, the town may not be and never will be cooler but it is certainly more generous. Given the taxes we pay you would think that a can or two might be thrown in to sweeten the deal like a car dealer throws in floor mats to seal the sale. Ace is the place with the helpful hardware folks. It is also the scene of the great trash can caper happening this spring. At least I didn’t have to put up my hands.
