I guess I don’t travel as extensively to other states that use the same parking app as Stone Harbor. I have not encountered this app before and had no experience with it. We were vacationing in Avalon and not one area that we went required any parking fees. We went to Stone Harbor for an evening of shopping and didn’t see meters. Our expensive mistake. Won’t happen again. We will stay and shop in Avalon and other communities with less confusing and cumbersome money-making parking regulations. A great way to treat your guests.
