I believe if the Court House Spouter checked they would learn that the State Police base at exit 13 South is not a trooper barracks. It was closed years ago when new base was set further north. Also to put the words responsible, and New Jersey Drivers in same sentence would be considered a oxymoron. From September to May the parkway is the autobahn of New Jersey.
