I approached a man walking his dog on the beach that did not clean up his dog poop and offered him a small doggie bag for the waste. He told me that what I was doing was illegal and that I will be fined because the bag was made of plastic. He was very indignant. It occurred to me that maybe people from other parts of the country may not realize that despite the plastic ban bag they are still obligated to clean up after their dog.
