I am in total agreement with the spouter in reference to the business district. It has never looked so filthy. At the very least, Public Works needs to power wash the sidewalks and clean the benches. The merchants need to power wash their store fronts and clean their awnings. It just doesn't look or feel welcoming anymore. I also agree, the stores are turning into over-priced junk shops with nothing worth spending your hard-earned money on.
