I am really surprised that the Recreation Dept. and the Public Works Dept. of Stone Harbor cannot get it together enough to support the residents and renters by the Rec. Center. Both the renters and the residents pay really good money to live in Stone Harbor. Do you think there is any reason that they have to be woken up at 7:30 a.m. to the sound of the blowers that are used to clean off the tennis court? It is noise pollution at its most annoying capacity. Wouldn't it be more respectful to wait until at least 9 a.m.? It was incredibly loud and upsetting to wake up to June 30.
