I always considered the practice of picking up trash in the backyards of Stone Harbor part of what I paid property tax for. For the last 32 years that I have owned property in Stone Harbor it has been in effect. So instead of our Business Administrator referring to this as a “concierge service” to cover his and the public works director and councils ineptitude , in providing twice a week pickup he should put his Grey Poupon down and get working on 2022, or just get going out of town in his Rolls Royce.
