I agree with spouter who complained about runaway spending in Stone Harbor. Although I don’t agree with the spouter about police coverage I do believe it should be evaluated. 1st of all the police patrolling in vehicles should be restricted to a maximum of 15 mph. Secondly they should be riding with windows down and acknowledge the pedestrians with a wave. Bike patrols should be maintaining speed limits with radar guns. They can be spaced 2 blocks apart. If we have parking meters then we should enforce the time limits. Not sure if a recall is legal but that thought should be given a look.
